Privacy notice

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and the sign-in provider you chose (Google, Microsoft or Apple). We never receive your password.
  • Form details: what you enter when you request a demo or contact us, such as your company, job title, phone number and message.
  • Security data: a salted, one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse of our forms.
  • Analytics: we count page views without cookies or third-party scripts. For each view we record the page, the website that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, your country, your device type and a salted hash that changes every day, so we can count daily visitors without identifying you. We never store your IP address. These records are deleted after about 13 months.
  • Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in and one protects the sign-in process. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run your account, reply to your requests, arrange demos and keep the site secure. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts our servers and database. Your sign-in provider confirms who you are when you log in. Our security check on forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Demo requests and messages are also emailed to our team inbox, hosted by Google.

How long we keep it

We keep account and request details while you have an account or while we are in contact, then delete them.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. To access, correct or delete other information, send us a privacy request.
